Instructional Video Access & Training Support Policy
The following policy outlines the terms of access, usage, and support for the ECTS instructional video library.
1. Instructional Videos
Elite-Croupiers Training Services (ECTS) videos are designed to help trainees reinforce proper procedures, techniques, and game knowledge for the specific casino game(s) in which they are officially enrolled.
2. Duration of Video Access
All enrolled trainees are granted access to ECTS instructional videos for a maximum period of two (2) months from the official start date of their training program. This allows trainees to continue practicing and reviewing lessons at their convenience, including at home.
3. Scope of Access
Video access is strictly limited to:
- The specific game(s) the trainee has enrolled in
- Training content intended for personal learning and skill development
Access to videos does not grant ownership, redistribution rights, or permission to record, download, share, or reproduce any content.
4. Final Assessment and Termination of Video Access
Upon completion of the training program and final assessment of the trainee’s progress:
- Access to the instructional videos will be automatically terminated
- This applies regardless of whether the trainee completes the program earlier or uses the full two-month access period
This policy ensures content integrity and maintains ECTS professional training standards.
5. Continuing Instructional Support
Even after video access has ended, ECTS remains committed to trainee development. We will continue to provide:
- Guidance and clarification on game procedures
- Answers to reasonable questions related to the enrolled game(s)
- Professional advice to help reinforce correct techniques and standards
Support will be provided through approved communication channels and within reasonable limits.
6. Limitations and Fair Use
Instructional videos are for individual trainee use only. Any form of sharing, public posting, screen recording, resale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of training privileges without refund.
7. Policy Updates
ECTS reserves the right to update or modify this policy when necessary to improve training quality, protect intellectual property, or align with industry standards. Any changes will be communicated clearly to active trainees.
